Our law firm as part of the legal practice provides our customers with professional legal services for companies (enterprises). The law firm offers:

regular comprehensive legal services in the scope of a given company’s activity
regular legal services in a specific area (e.g. marketing and export department services of a given company)
ad-hoc cooperation implemented on the basis of a fixed framework agreement
one-off legal advice in the form of consultations, a document draft, an opinion or legal expertise
legal representation as part of regular comprehensive legal services in the scope of a given company’s activity

PACKAGES:

Basic
Up to 5 hours of legal services for entities interested in consulting issues on the phone or via e-mail

Standard
Up to 10 hours of legal services

Premium
8 hours of legal services plus 6 hours of duty (1 time 6 hours) at the Client’s premises or elsewhere, or participation in negotiations, representation before courts or administrative bodies

Maxima
12 hours of remote service plus 8 hours of duty (2 times/4 hours) at the Client’s premises or elsewhere, or participation in negotiations, representation before courts or administrative bodies

Remuneration per hour of work in a Package amount to only 70% of normal remuneration.

Packages include standard legal services:

legal and economic consultations and advice
drafting, analysis and verification of civil and law and commercial contracts, drafting internal regulations, statutes, agreements
drafting procedural documents, including means of challenge and official letters
formulation of legal opinions on an agreed subject
preparation of deed of incorporation and articles of association of companies, cooperatives, associations
incorporation and registration of commercial companies
legal supervision over the execution of contracts
